Booking Policy:

• To confirm the tour, we kindly request an advance payment of 40% through either a bank transfer or Payment Links.
• The remaining 60% of the balance can be settled in USD Cash upon arrival, or alternatively, it must be paid 14 days prior to the safari date if you prefer to make the payment via bank transfer.

Payment Options: We have three payment options - Wire transfer via Bank, Payment through Stripe Payment Links, and POS Machine on Arrival (Balance payment only).

Important Notes:

• Payments via stripe attracts a surcharge of 5%, this fees is charged by the payment gateway to process the transaction.
• Incase of wire transfers, kindly add all the bank charges (both by your bank and the intermediary bank)
• Balance payments via POS Machine upon arrival attracts a surcharge of 3%
• Please note that we can only accept USD bills printed on or after the 2009 series when making a cash payment upon arrival.
• It takes 2-3 working days for payments via Bank Transfer to reflect.
• We respectfully request that you settle the full payment before embarking on the safari, as it is a non-negotiable condition.

Below is the Cancellation Policy:
90 Days Plus - Free Cancellation
90 - 60 days: 35% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees
60 - 30 days before the departure date: 70% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees
Within 30 days before the departure date: 100% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fees

Note: You won't receive refunds for any activities listed in the itinerary that you choose not to participate in during the trip. We're also not responsioble for any domestic/international flight delay(s) or cancellation booked by us/you.

Special Rescheduling Policy : If you are unable to travel due to flight cancellation or any other external factors then we will coordinate with the lodges in your itinerary to get a credit note, if they agree it will be valid for 24 months. However park fees and vehicle fees are non refundable.

Amendment by you::If you wish to change your itinerary after a deposit has been made we will do our utmost to make the changes required, provided that notification is received in writing. The change fee is $75 per person. We cannot make alterations to your itinerary within 6 weeks of departure and any such request will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in the General Cancellation Policy.
