After an early breakfast, prepare for one of Africa’s most profound wildlife encounters—mountain gorilla trekking. Following a detailed briefing by expert park rangers at 8:00 am, you will set off into Bwindi’s dense, mist-laden forest alongside experienced guides. The trek can take between 2 to 6 hours, winding through towering trees, tangled vines, and rich undergrowth alive with birds and primates. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and a short rest before heading out for a spectacular afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel.
