We use purpose-built 4×4 Land Cruisers for all game drives and transfers between regions. These vehicles are robust, reliable, and perfectly suited to navigate uneven roads and changing terrain — giving you excellent access to wildlife while keeping safety and comfort a priority.

Comfort & Practical Notes

• •Ventilation: Most safari 4×4 vehicles are intentionally without air conditioning during game drives to allow open windows and roof hatches. This provides fresh air, better wildlife visibility, and an authentic safari feel. On long transfers, vehicles may become warm or dusty, which is part of the adventure.
• •Seating: The back of the Land Cruiser typically has six window seats plus a front seat, all designed to accommodate standing and shifting during game viewing.
• •Transfers: Some itineraries involve longer drives between parks — occasionally several hours. For those who prefer to minimize travel time, internal flights can be arranged where available.

Vehicle Support

Our Land Cruisers are meticulously maintained to handle challenging terrain. Your driver-guide is trained to address most mechanical issues on the spot. In the rare event a vehicle cannot be repaired immediately, a replacement will be dispatched promptly to ensure your safari continues seamlessly.

For city tours and airport transfers, we use comfortable Toyota Noah, Toyota Alphard, or similar vehicles, tailored for smooth, luxurious travel in urban and airport settings.

Tipping Guidelines

Tipping your guide is entirely optional, but customary tips are a meaningful way to recognize exceptional service. A general guideline is:

You may tip in USD or local currency, and we recommend doing so at the end of your safari, when you say goodbye to your guide.
